The Rocktail Bay Lodge is in the lush Maputaland Coastal Forest. The area is surrounded by forest but also close to the sea.
From this lodge you can go snorkelling in the tidal pools, diving in the coral reefs or take a long walk on the beautiful beaches. They also offer you the opportunity to swim with the Blue Nose Dolphins and Humpback Dolphins. An opportunity of a lifetime! It is all tide related, but it works. It is a haven for some of the best turtle sightings! Here the turtles come ashore to lay their eggs on the shoreline where they were born. The diving is spectacular! The coral produces an unbelievable 1,200 species in it is magnificent in its splendour.
