Visiting sunny South Africa is a wonderful experience, especially during the magical summer months. You will be spending a lot of time outdoors and enjoying the African sun.
Please make sure that you always wear sunscreen, as well as a wide-brimmed hat that covers your neck and ears. You do not want to walk around with a sunburnt nose and ears!
The sunscreen should protect against both UVA and UVB rays. This will give you protection against sunburn and long-term damage to your cells.
Common Sense
- Try to keep to shaded areas and not spend too much time in the direct sunlight.

- Remember that after time spent in water, you need to re-apply the sunscreen.

Have a wonderful holiday!
